[How to store your sleeping bag]

1. Fold the widest part at the top in half vertically and roll it up while squeezing the air out from the bottom.
The downside is that it requires a large, flat space and it can be difficult to put the rolled up item into the storage bag by yourself.

2. When you are alone and in a small space, an effective method is to push the bottom of the sleeping bag into the storage bag. It is relatively easy to push it in.

How to wash a sleeping bag:
Sleeping bags absorb sweat while you sleep and are exposed to the outside air, so they tend to get dirtier than you might think.
We do not recommend washing it frequently as it will cause it to deteriorate quickly, but if it becomes noticeably dirty or has an odor, wash it before storing it for a long period of time.
Also, if possible, you can store it by folding it up rather than putting it in a storage bag, which will help the filling last longer.
1. Close all zippers and Velcro fasteners on your sleeping bag and loosen the drawstrings.
2. Some feathers can be washed in a washing machine, but if there is no indication that it can be washed in a washing machine, it is best to wash it in a bathtub or large basin.
Fill the bathtub with lukewarm water and dissolve a mild detergent or down detergent in it.
3. While pushing the sleeping bag, slowly submerge it in the warm water and gently press and wash it with your feet. You will be surprised to see the dirt come out into the water.
4. If the water becomes cloudy, remove the plug from the bathtub, drain the water, and then fill the bathtub with clean water and press and wash again. Repeat this process until the water becomes clear.

5. After rinsing, press down on the laundry to remove excess water, place it in a round shape along the wall of the washing machine, and lightly spin dry. Or, use a large bath towel to absorb the water. Do not wring it out too hard.
6. Once dehydration is complete, shape the item and spread it out on a flat surface, then dry it in the shade for a few days to a week until the filling is completely dry.
If you hit it with your hands occasionally while it is drying, the filling will loosen and prevent it from clumping together.
If your sleeping bag is filled with down, not synthetic fiber, we recommend using a large dryer at a laundromat, as it dries quickly. Air drying can leave the bag damp and smelly. Open the zipper completely before putting it in. Dry at low temperature.
7. Once it is completely dry, spray it with a water repellent spray and you're done!

[About sleeping bags made from natural materials]
Q: "Does it have an animal smell?"
A: Since it is an animal product, some people may be concerned about the smell.
If it bothers you, just hang it out for a few days or wash it once. I think it will no longer be a problem.
Q: "How many times can you withstand this?"
A: It is difficult to give a general answer because cold resistance varies greatly from person to person, but the manufacturer states that it can withstand temperatures up to -10 degrees. Our company states that it can withstand temperatures up to -5 degrees.
Before use, expose it to the sun and let it breathe in air, so it will become fluffy and feel very warm. We do not recommend using it immediately after taking it out of the storage bag.
Q: "Do you have any storage tips?"
A: After use, dry it thoroughly and roll it up tightly from the bottom, squeezing out all the air. It seems best to roll it up to about 1/3 of the width.
If you store it away immediately after use, be sure to dry it thoroughly once you get home.

Trekking pole and backpack set

I think many people don't carry trekking poles when climbing relatively low mountains, but if you try them out, you'll see a difference. They are essential for those who have knee problems.
