Inner sheets are really convenient and a travel essential
I was surprised at how convenient the inner sheet I bought overseas about 10 years ago was (I use it so often that I almost always bring it with me when I go to stay somewhere, not just outdoors. It's mostly polyester and dries quickly), and this time I was looking for 100% cotton, and this was just right! It comes in nice colors (I bought beige). Of course, it can be used as an inner sheet, as a small blanket, to put on quickly (?), to wear when sleeping on an airplane or other vehicle, to lay on the beach or in the park, to use as a towel if you forget your towel, to lay on the couch when you're staying overnight, etc. It seems very convenient. The pouch that came with it will also be useful. It feels nice against the skin, so I think I'll be able to use it for a long time to come.
I started using a sleeping bag when I stayed at my parents' house. In winter, the mattress and comforter are bulky and difficult to take in and out. Now that it's getting warmer, I bought this as a way to protect against sweat. It's light and feels great against the skin. However, it's getting too warm to use as an inner sheet, so I think I'll be able to use it as a sleeping bag on its own from now on.

Product Q&A
Q: Can I use a dryer when washing? A: Yes, you can.
However, cotton fibers expand when they absorb moisture and then shrink during the drying process.
The fibers themselves do not shrink, but as the fabric dries, the "stitches" in the knitting system close together, resulting in a temporary shrinkage in appearance. This is a characteristic of natural fibers that is not found in synthetic fibers.
We recommend air drying as applying heat will cause the garment to shrink.

Trekking pole and backpack set
I think many people don't carry trekking poles when climbing relatively low mountains, but if you try them out, you'll see a difference. They are essential for those who have knee problems.
