[Important] Yamato Transport forwarding fees

Due to a change in Yamato Transport's service, starting with shipments made on or after June 1, 2023, if you change (forward) your delivery address after your package has been handed over to the delivery company, a separate forwarding fee (shipping fee) will be charged.

Please note that any forwarding fees incurred will be charged to the recipient of the package, even if it is a gift, so please be careful when entering your delivery address before placing your order.
If you notice any changes to your shipping address before your order is shipped, please contact us immediately.
*If you wish to forward your package after it has been shipped, please contact Yamato Transport directly (please note that we cannot change the address after the package has been shipped).
*Transfer fees will be charged at the standard shipping rate set by Yamato Transport.
*Transfer fees (shipping fees) are cash on delivery, so the customer receiving the package will be responsible for the fee.
*Regardless of the reason, forwarding will incur a fixed shipping charge. Please check the Yamato Transport website for shipping charges.
*Correcting the address will also count as forwarding. Please enter the apartment name without omitting anything.
